求助，关于居住证明！

经了解后得知，在出境定居这方面领取公积金所需的材料如下：出境定居或移民签证，或户籍管理部门出具的户口注销证明(注销原因为出境定居)，或定居国居住证明。

因为听说目前移民局不给贴移民签证，除非要出境，而我暂时也不想注销户口，只能采取开“定居国居住证明”这个方法领取公积金。不知道哪位高人知道阿德本地哪里可以开这个“居住证明”？警察局、移民局还是哪里呢？

我今天打电话给厦门公积金中心的工作人员了，对方说如果我把护照寄回去，就可以办理。我想想还是算了，等下次回国探亲的时候再说吧

这个本来都是我们自己的钱，却不能自由地支配它，哎~~

还有关于户口注销的问题，我专门问过派出所的，你可以当时注销，但是你要回国申请中 国国籍的话，那也是很容易的事，因为你本来出生地在中国的啊。
