We seek a single person to share a large well designed and established house in Norwood area, just 6 bus stops from the city. The property is large with gardens and pool, secured and has a car port for your bicycle storage. The room is furnished including bed linen, towels, comfort living and is great environment for study. The price $150 is including all outgoings plus the first 20 gigabyte Internet download plus food. The house has three young Chinese. We are professional workers and student, age from 22 onwards. We seek someone to rent for 6 months or more, short-term rate is negotiable. Open-minded and easy to get along.
