房子位于Anzac HWY 和 South Road 交叉口的小路里，非主干道。安静，安全。60米走到车站，Bus stop 5 在Anzac HWY上. 130米走到超大型购物中心， 有Coles（凌晨0点起开始营业至次日21点）, K-mart 邮局，药店，餐馆，快餐等，就是在Anzac HWY 上那个超大的购物中心。好了地点就不说了，阿村人都知道的~ 总之就是超级超级方便。去市中心大家心里都有数只有很短的距离，只需要很短的时间 。 很多学生都选择住在这个区，本人10年前也曾住在前街的学生公寓里，呵呵。

房屋状况

房子里有5间大卧室，2个浴室（Gas 热水器），3个厕所，（不必担心抢洗手间问题） 厨房，餐厅，客厅，洗衣间，车位N个，超大前后院，草坪，绿树红花。（附图有FloorPlan）中央空调，TPG 200G ADSL2+ 不分peak 和off peak 全天候都是Peak. 受够了网络限制的你应该知道这个PLAN的超级优势！ 厨房是烧 Gas 的，洗碗机， 全新超大冰箱。微波炉，烤箱…… 洗衣房有全新滚筒洗衣机。

卧室二，12.25 平米， 内置大衣柜 build in robe, double bed （照片上是单人床，现在换成双人床了）, 精致3层写字台带书架+黑板（其实是白色的，但是不知道能不能叫白板。。。）四层书橱一个，办公转椅1个。房租 一人 $150 全包！

卧室三，13.33平米 内置3开门大衣柜，double bed （照片上是单人床，现换成双人床了）, 床头柜，大写字台，真皮转椅。房租 一人 $150全包 ！

卧室四，大卧室 16.56平米，内置大衣柜build in robe, 全新3抽屉大储物柜，double bed,超大实木写字台，真皮转椅, gas壁炉. 房租 一人

卧室五，双人卧室 31.5平米，2x三开门大衣柜，2x double bed （双人床2张）+床头柜, 2x 超大办公桌，2x真皮转椅，开放式杂物柜，build in窗廊双人沙发。 房租 二人 $210 全包！

*房东很友善，住得挺近，是绝对讲原则，讲道理的。房屋出租就是为了赚钱，所以请大家不要拖欠房租，或损坏房东利益。按法律程序签政府Rooming合同,绝对保护房客利益！

房租每4周一交，Cash或银行转账均可，*pay in advance！ Bond 收取 4周，公平合理！

为了各位尊敬的房客住的舒心，在道德的基础上签署HOUSE RULE一份，只为房客之间相互遵守约束。（其中包含各cleaning的细节）。房东有责任与义务，提供房客一个干净整洁，舒心的居住环境。 NO PET 金鱼除外，室内禁止吸烟。

房子9月17日即可入住，之前可安排看房。 现在正在组装家具中……..
