请问其中的 2. 6. 8 点是什么东西？ 没有的话也可以申请吗？第7点的价格现在还是350D吗？

1.        本科或者专科以上成绩单公证书（2 份 ）或者学校开具的中英文成绩单3份
2.        本科以上 ...
