Your day will be filled with a variety of duties, but not limited to:-
*Assist with company intranet and external website branding and design
*Increase brand awareness through EBay, Google Ad words etc.
*Create/develop websites and email campaigns for marketing purposes
*Design print media, branding and online collateral
*Run the day-to-day operations of our online store.
*Looking after customers, dispatching orders, responding to questions, and liaising with our retail stores.
*Keeping the site looking fresh and making sure all the latest products are online.
*Understanding of web analytics and working with the team to develop strategies for increasing traffic and sales.
The successful applicant would show the following experience / skills:-
*eCommerce experience - ideally integration with ShoppingCart, PayPal and Aweber, or other similar integration experience.
*High computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Internet etc.)
*Demonstrated hands on experience in web design with e-commerce.
*Exceptional telephone skills and strong verbal communication skills
*High level of creativity and innovation
*Graphic Design and literacy skills
*Must be able to work independently and self-driven
*Strong knowledge of e-commerce conceptual skills and have the ability to apply this to web applications
*Excellence in HTML, CSS and PHP is highly preferred. Ideally as they pertain to Wordpress themes and plugins (especially multi-widget plugins).
*Any experience with the Sandbox theme would be an advantage, though not a requirement as it's fairly standard HTML, CSS and PHP.
*Although a degree or equivalent would be beneficial, we also give high value to experience and passion

*This is initially a short term role immediate start for the right person.
*There is room for ongoing work, may build to full time in due course.
*Hours are very flexible and students with only part time availability are welcome to apply, as long as you have the skills and experience required.
