关于租房合同问题

我今年2月入住的Apartment，并且签了一年的合约（要住到明年2月），交了800澳币的Bond。
但是我今年年底打算回国3个月，请问如果我不要那800的Bond了，也一定要缴纳这3个月的房租吗？

但是如果你不在乎bond，而却回来后不打算再住那儿，可以不用管！
后果是：1）如果你是direct debt的方式交rent,对方还是会按时扣钱，除非你把账户关了。2）以后再租房子，只能是私下租了，因为你在government的list上留下了黑名。也就是租房信用记录不好。3）可能对方会法律诉讼你，但是还从来没有听说过（只听说过，法律诉讼把人赶出去的）

去年有个案例，有个学生多次被查出乘坐公交不买票，最终因为人格见证character reference不良，学生签证被移民局拒绝。
在此呼吁同学们在签署任何合约前都要想清楚，以免招致无谓损失和不良记录。
