你没有工作，不等于你不可以在房产证上落你的名字。一般来说，夫妻买房屋，落夫妻双方的名字是理所当然的。我对于你没有工作，房产证就不能落你的名字这种说法有些费解。
如果你们是夫妻的话，房屋落任何人的名字，你都是有权居住的。依据现行的婚姻法律，夫妻的共同资产，你都有权分一半的。

银行是为了多贷款，写你的名字的确影响贷款，银行也有违规操作的嫌疑，和你的签证应该无关，如果你的钱够多，少贷款，应该可以加你的名字

依据现行的房屋买卖条例，如果购房者其中一个是永居或者公民的话，他可以加其他人作为房屋的买家，而其他人的身份是不需要是永居或者公民。
因此，在这种情况下，如果你老公是永居或者公民，而你是持临居签证，你们也是可以一起购入该房屋，而不需要向海外投资部申请的。

我当时也是这种情况。如果只写有收入一方的名字的话，可以多贷款。因为你没有工作，银行会认为你老公还要养你，当然也影响了还款能力。

没有改，就一直这样吧。如果要改两人名字，银行肯定要你提供收入证明。
