Skills/experience
· Over 2 years Professional Experienc of Sushi Making Skill in Adelaide.
· Over 2 years Professional Experienc of Japaness and Korean food.
· Demonstrated experience within a similar venue/hospitality environment
Stock ordering and invoicing responsibilities
· Supervise and manage kitchen operations
· High level of interpersonal, leadership and team skills
· Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments
· Preferance : Licensed Korean Food Making Skill qualified in Korea
Duties/responsibilities
· Great communication with customer and co-workers having IELTS overall 5.0 at least.
· Produce and maintain superior standards of food preparation and presentation
· Provide leadership to all team members to ensure the restaurant provides a great dining of our customer
· Maximise profitable food revenue.
· Develop collaborative relationships with co-workers to provide quality food and prompt service to our customers
· Ensure that high standards in customer service are maintained at all times
· Flexibility to work varied shifts, days, weekends etc
