关于出海抓的看这个http://pir.sa.gov.au/fishing/fishing_limits，在防波堤上抓好像没有很严的时间规定。个人感觉天热的时候比较好抓。

用一根长鱼竿头上绑鱼头让龙虾抱，再拿一个长的网从龙虾后面兜
