房子位於Ferryden Park. 開車15分鐘可到city, 步行3分鐘到車站直達city (BUS 230 232).
房子在SAregency campus 和 Le Cordon Bleu & ICHM附近, 大概步行7-10分鐘.
附近有shoppingcenter, 裡面有woolworths, coles 和 big w. 希望房客乾淨, 整齊和尊重其他房客.
房間是一周$140 (all bills and umlimited internet ADSL 2+ included)
All three rooms are available from 20th Feb Sorry, no pets and no smoking
