正东边1站出租一间卧室。Rose park,在Fullerton和Kensington拐角，附近141,142还有fullerton路上的公车都是第一站，区好，环境好，有泳池，包bill，也包很多日用品。房东是local, Tafe的英文老师，很不拘小节，从来不在乎多用水还是多用电什么的，家里的清洁，泳池加热什么的都有定期做，本身还是很有耐心的女房东，所以想练英文或者有什么问题都可以随时请教。偶尔会请人来BBQ跟带小孩去各种体育运动，通常会邀请你一起参加，bouns多多，想充分体验当地人生活的一定不要错过。 200/week 5月27available

Flatmates A little about me: I am an English teacher & my 10 year old son & our sweet little dog are very busy during the school term with lots of activities but we love having People over for BBQs and going out to parks and fun things around town. My parents visit from the country for 2 days per fortnight and we have 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, study, sep bathroom & sep laundry & 2 toilets & a lovely backyard with a pool.
I’m looking for an honest, trustworthy friend around the house and someone who gets along with my friendly son.
