Duties and responsibilities will include but not belimited to the following:? Provide excellent customer service and insuranceproducts advice;? Interview prospective clients to explain the detailsof an insurance policy;? Maintain existing relationships and ensure claimsare processed promptly;? Undertake business development activities designedto increase the number of clients;? Regularly review client circumstances to ensuretheir level of cover is appropriate;? Research and review available insurance products toensure clients are given the best and most appropriate offer;? Provide information, advice and guidance to brokingassistants as required;? Liaising and forming relationships with variousthird parties;? Associated administration tasks including gainingand maintaining your insurance knowledge and accreditations.
Requirements:? Significant work experiencein the insurance industry;? A valued member or preferably leaderof a sales team;? Ability to work autonomously using relative industryskills to facilitate company growth;? Understand the client’s needs and recommend suitableproducts for clients;? Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese;? An exceptional ability to interact with people fromdifferent backgrounds;? Profound multi-tasks ability and problem solvingskills;? Excellent in data collecting, analyzing, andpresenting.
