交通便利，步行2分钟到Taringa火车站—10分钟火车可到City。步行2分钟到Swan Road公车站—427，428，432直达UQ St Lucia校区。乘坐火车1站，或者开车2分钟，或者步行10-15分钟到达Toowong Village和Indooroopilly Shopping Center。在ironside state school和indoorooplilly state high校区内。可步行到indooroopilly state high。
全屋中央空调，所有房间都带有吊扇，舒适度过炎热的夏天。煤气煮食，适合中国人烹调习惯，厨房配有冰箱，烤箱，洗碗机，微波炉和滚筒洗衣机。
双人房：16平米，带有双人床，衣柜，桌椅，$170，1月中旬可租。
单人间：12平米左右，带有单人床，衣柜，桌椅，$160，1月中旬可租。
share bill，bill大概$10-$15一周。
双人房现在可以短租到1月8日，$180包所有bill。
