地理位置：步行3分钟可到Bus Station，可以乘坐120、125、135等，去Nathan只要5-10分钟（或者步行15分钟可以到达）；去Gardencity只要15分钟；去City半个多小时。同时还有123、598等去Sunnybank只要10多分钟。

附近设施：出门走一会就可以到万隆超市、圆圆餐厅、赖着不走等餐馆，就餐购物十分方便。

房间构造：二楼宽敞Master Room,屋内带有自己的独立卫浴，卫浴空间比较大。带有空调，可以随时使用，再不怕炎炎夏日。房间内带有入墙式玻璃镜面衣柜，可以容纳很多衣服和物品。家具包括床、书桌、鞋架等，足够收纳琐碎小物。

家庭用具：ADSL2无限流量上网。楼下宽敞客厅和餐厅，可以收看中文电视。超大厨房和各种纳物柜，有2个冰箱，空间足够使用。楼下独立屋子有洗衣机、吸尘器等家电可以使用。超大院子和晾衣架等。有室内停车室可以停放两辆车，室外也可以停放两辆车，空间充足！[具体看下图]

入住时间：7月中下旬-8月初都可以，根据你的需要来商量就好，因为我也不着急回国^_^ 有同学需要7月底开学入住，也可以提前为你预留房间喔！

价格：$185/week [限单人][水电网全包]
价格已经算是比较公道了，在这个地理位置，附近的master room都在190-200之间，甚至更贵。有转过的同学应该懂滴。由于屋子里还居住着其他4位爱安静的学生，所以为了不降低生活质量，只限单人入住，不在房间内抽烟的、注意卫生的、不带异性朋友过夜的同学都可以入住！欢迎大家来随时看房，或者咨询。
