小妹在看MQ关于Master of Accounting（CPA Extension）的介绍时发现它的Entry Requirements中有这么一条CPA Australia Accreditation，全文如下：
Applicants who have an undergraduate degree from an overseas
university must have their qualifications assessed by CPA Australia
prior to commencing the CPA Program. Students submit to CPA
Australia their relevant educational qualifications with an application
fee of approximately AU$350. The assessment process can take up
to three months.
At the end of the final trimester of the Postgraduate Diploma in
Accounting program, students apply to CPA Australia for Associate Membership.
小妹疑惑的是，是否一定要在申请前做出评评估？我还大学在读呢，还没有取得学位，这样的情况怎么办？
今天我的英语老师跟我说，postgraduate和Master 是不同的，请问要申请研究生用的申请表是不是 Postgraduate Coursework Application Form,
我都被弄糊涂了。
申请表里有这么一个问题：Do you wish to undertake your course by extrnal study?(e.g Distance mode),什么意思？
