各位，我前天受到UQ的conditional offer 上面有一个是让做学历的清华认证还有一个关于成绩单的：Notarised copise of academic transcripts or records priovided by an institution that include complete details of the results of your study at that institution in all programs and courses,whether passes or failed, and an official explanation of the grading system used. Separate annual result statements or a memorandum of results are not sufficient.
这是让我去公证成绩吗？我给他的是我学校密封的成绩单还是不行是吗？中介说这个东西非常麻烦，但是又说不清楚让我去干什么，我真是快晕死了！各位有经验的帮我指条明道吧，谢谢了！！！！
