我是一名UNSW的学生，要在该校附近找一住处；只要价格合理不要太贵就好。
本人男，没有不良嗜好。只求能把学业学好。
   I am a student of UNSW,and I am about to look for an apt.Other conditions are easy to deal with as long as the price is agreeable.I am male,and have no bad habits.
