Its a very cold night , cant believe i had training before and just wear the shirt and short , after training my arms and my legs just gone red , thats how cold it is when u running with the wind as well and on top of that ,i have to put the ice on my knee for 20 mins after training cos i had a injury couple of weeks ago, thats just killed me!! but what can i do , thats my job , i have to do that just like everybody else now at every cold morning when their alarms gone off and have to get up early in the morning , haha, i love that kind of feeling , feel like u challenge the natrue and u make it happen and nobody else could help u but only urself mentally! thats life !! thats how life it should be !!
so all my friends , start to make it happen now and enjoy ur life everyday , cos its just gonna get brighter and brighter.......
but there again, at this moment , ITS TOO COLD TO BE ALONE.......
