2 bedrooms unit, (not really a new buliding ) one for rent.
medium size ------easily fits in a double bed and a study table with a buildin cabinet, but it is unfurnished,
it is a very nice room, not too much sunshine in summer and not cold in winner, and very quiet.
very good location------ very close to shopping and transports, it takes about half hour to get to MQ uni.
i pay the phone rental, so u just pay what u called.
around $130-140/w, it is negotiable ( include everything but internet)
it doesnt matter u are a girl or boy, as long as u are not a smoker or loud
