上个星期收到体检表。不会写公司推荐信，HELP！

不知道体检完了什么时候才能拿到签证呢？
信里还让写封公司的推荐信，还得写明公司的资料和盖章！真倒霉！
大家帮我看看这个要求到底是什么：
Original and up-to-date letters of reference  from your past and present employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal.
有没有大哥可以告诉我这个推荐信怎么写啊。
