All facilities are available, such as washing machine, microwave, heating etc. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre and the university of liverpool. 10 minutes walk to the fresh vegetable market and wholesale of seafood. 5 minutes walk to a Chinese supermarket. Botanic garden is 3 minutes walk and you can find time to enjoy yourself. Several super markets such as ALDI, LIDO, Netto are around.
