有这样一段话:
If you attended a university outside of the United States, Ross requires one copy of both your academic record and the diploma or other document indicating the date and conferral of your degree. If the original language of the academic record and diploma is not English, a certified English translation must accompany the original document. A translation should be literal rather than interpretive. If a certified copy of the transcript is submitted, it must be certified by the institution from which the degree was received. Documents notarized by a Notary Public are not acceptable.
我想问,这是否代表着我寄出成绩单,成绩单英文件,而且还需要通过什么机构认证?
其实我很好奇,学校自己本身可以给开出中英文的成绩单,并且加盖公章,并且有GPA算出来,为什么还要通过什么认证啊?
