You intend to follow the course
You are able to meet the costs of the course and maintain and accommodate yourself without recourse to employment or public funds
Because
I have taken account of your current employment, salary and economic circumstances. it is not clear from your application how your course will be of benefit to you or enhance your future prospects and as such I am not satisfied the cost of these studies is proportionate to current economic circumstances and advantages you might derive from this course of study.
The cost of your tuition, maintenance and accommodation is to be borne by your parents. Funding your education will impose an additional financial burden on them and based on the evidence you have provided today. I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with their current economic circumstances or that these funds will actually be available to you in the United Kingdom.
Therefore, I am not satisfied on a balance of probabilities that you would be able to meet the cost of your course, your maintenance or your accommodation without recourse to public funds. In the light of my misgivings concerning the financial implications of your application I am not satisfied that you intend to study in UK.
附上我的拒签信，我是4月18日在北京被M.L拒签的，下面是我的具体情况
1.2004年哈尔滨师范大学英语专业毕业生，有毕业证，学士学位证
2.雅思6.5分，得到了谢菲尔德大学的无条件录取通知书，主修教育学，个人又加了10周的语言offer，同样是谢大的语言培训班
3.关于2004年-2005年，我的中介给我做了一个兼职的证明，月收入1500元
4.关于资金方面的说明，存款为34.4万元，分别为
2004年7月12日 人民币八万一千元
2003年11月1日，人民币十三万元
2001年9月14日，人民币三万三千元（债券）
2003年4月1日，人民币3万元（三年债券）
2003年4月1日，人民币3万元（五年债券）
还有一个活期周转折子4万元
5.关于收入说明，中介把我父母做在了一起，说两个人于01年4月共同开办了这个门市部，销售额为300万元，纯利润20万元，我出具了父亲的营业执照，国税，地税的收据，地税的个人所得税那边是定税，就是一个月445元，但是没有开定税凭证。
我爸爸之前的工作单位，还做了一个说明。
6.关于户口本，我父亲的工作单位无业，我妈妈的工作单位是一个公司，但是已经黄了，这些中介说都做了说明。
