岗位职责：1、负责当地的别墅、公寓、渡假租赁等高端住宿的拓展工作，与合作伙伴建立商务合作关系，开拓美国市场；
2、对于意向合作的别墅或酒店进行考察，并与符合要求的签订商务合同；
3、与别墅或者酒店方做好日常的沟通协调,反馈公司客户的意见和建议;
4、分析当地行业动态，收集先关信息，并及时向首席执行官汇报。
任职要求：1、旅游相关专业本科及本科以上学历，有当地驾驶证。2、有相关工作经验或个人旅游经验。3、能够对问题快速作出判断并解决，有足够的热情。4、有良好沟通能力，适应快节奏的环境，能在快节奏中成长。5、耐心、细致，工作认真负责,能按时完成领导交代的工作任务,抗压能力强。
