请教各位前辈，关于我的I-20表格上的major in:health and physical education/fitness。
但是我的录取通知上写的是：you have been selected for admission to the Pre-Sport Magaement program in the ***University College of Business for fall semester2012-2013.
我当初报的是sport management ，但是？？
我的专业到底是？？
另外我想问下关于地址的写法问题，Offfer没有寄到家里就是因为地址写错啦？
我家的地址是：北京市石景山新源小区27楼6门502室，邮编：100038，要怎翻译比较靠谱呢？
在填写DS表中，如果是大学生党员的话，在填写您是否属于一个党派是要填写什么？yes or no?
sevisID是不是就是sthdent's Copy？
我的信用卡刚办好，所以还没有送到我的手里。可以先填写DS表格后再缴费吗？
