木有去过外国
想了解下资本主义发达国家对停车费是咋搞的
现在
国内的一些大学
开车进门就会计时，出门就会收费
即使是穿校而过，也按最低标准收费
觉得这么收费不是很合理
但如果不收，高校可能就变成了停车场或是公路
外国的高校或是类似的单位大院之类的，对这样的情况是咋处理的？俺想了解下
