我今天无意中在美国国务院网上看到的“DHS regulation requires that all beginning (initial) J exchange visitors, and J-2 spouse and dependents enter the U.S. 30 days or less in advance of the applicant's program start date as shown on the Form DS-2019. 另外我只看到J1 在2019 start date 前30天可以入境，过了start date 好像没看到比较官方的文字说可以入境啊？ |
