dell road位于st lucia，是UQ附近的白人住宅区，治安良好，走夜路不用担心，非常适合短租找房~，并且超近UQ，步行只需5分钟即可到学校，本人UQ学生，亲测无误！！！

现在房内大概只有两个人住，大家都是友好的UQ学生，没有不良嗜好。房子对面就是iga超市（经常有打折！！！），还有吃饭的一条街，非常方便。附近有很多房源可看，适合来找房子或短租的同学。

出门步行2分钟便是412公交车总站，还有428，411公交车经过，可快速直达toowong(各种大型超市), indoorpilliy, city（布村中心）等
