位置在 15 violet close， eight mile plains，步行5分钟就是eight mile plains的公交总站，到UQ，Griffith 和City非常方便，即使到深夜也有公交。旁边紧邻两条高速，开车也很方便。

目前室友只有两人，都是UQ的，从公交站坐车到UQ lakes16分钟。因为不用下高速，比我自己开车到学校都快。
只一个double room闲置，queen size的床，书桌台灯一应俱全。
楼下有专门的学习生活空间。家用厨具也全部备齐，烤箱，咖啡机，洗碗机，什么的。一般你想到的都有。院子宽敞，秋千，烧烤架，晾衣架全部配备。小区漂亮，有游泳池，没事走走也是赏心悦目的。

找一个爱干净的室友，要与一个萌妹子共用一个大卫生间（带浴缸的），所以必须也是女生,水电网全包。也可以两个人，价格另议。
