我想請問，一般買 Gift 卡是否會有折扣?
例如:  Gift 卡 100刀，但是店員只賣你95刀 (打 95折)

之前我有看到不知道用什麼方式買 Gift 就可以拿到折扣的帖，但現在找不到了
所以想要問問大家，如何拿到折扣?
