Townhouse已配备家具。 所有的房间配有全新床架床垫， 学习桌，床头柜和椅子。 每个房间都有衣柜和吊扇。新买的洗衣机，微波炉。厨具齐全。 最近新换了Telstra的NBN网络。 所有房间都配了锁，隐私安全得到保障。住得舒服。近期还打算更换冰箱.

客厅有空调。 夏天如需开空调只多加$5每周。 如果您是开车族，小区内夜间停车也和方便，总有空车位。

Hi, we are looking for clean, tidy and quite tenates to share a great townhouse with us at a great spot in Parkinson.

Single room only for $120 per week with all bills included.

Great Location! This is a townhouse with ONLY 1 mint walk to both 2 different Bus stops (130, 140, 150, etc)

U can take buses to city, Garden city shopping centre, QUT, UQ, Griffith, and Browns Plains. ONLY 1 stop bus driving to Browns Plains where u can find all things u need: Banks, Post office, Supermarkets, Officeworks and Bunnings!

10 minitues walking distance to nearby woolworth, various restaurants, discount pharmacy, discount fruit store and a barbershop.  Ain't that GREAT!

Furnished Townhouse. U own room are furnished with BRAND NEW bed, mattress, study desk and chair as well as bed table. Every room is equipped with wardrobe and ceiling fan.

I have also bought fridge and Brand NEW washing machine. Many cooking tools are also prepared. In terms of Internet, we are currently using Telstra NBN system which is faster than ADSL and will be sufficient for all people.

All rooms have their own locks and keys.  Don't need to worry about security and privacy anymore.

There is also an air condition. Only additional $10 per week will be charged for covering the extra electricity bills in summer if u want to use it.

U can always find night car parking very easy within and around the townhouse community if u drive a car.

Most importantly, the townhouse will only host 4 people living in. The 2 single rooms users ONLY need to share a very BIG bathroom & toilet combined upstair AND a toilet downstair.

We are an educated, super easy-going and friendly couple who work and study in the daytime. Therefore,Girls who are Clean, Neat, Quite, not a Party Animal will be sincerely welcome!
