我们是3房+1个学习间的HOUSE，干净整洁带家具，环境清静，无线宽带上网，有停车位。
想出租其中一间房，带自己独立卫浴厕所。适合有车的上班一族或者有车的留学生。距离GRIFFITH UNI开车10分钟左右。步行10分钟到小区门口有公车。
寻不吸烟，安静整洁的女生，Couple亦可考虑。 租金一人：$200/P.W；Couple： $230/P.W.
押金为3周租金，离开请提前2周通知，押金退还（如果没有损坏任何家具情况）。至少居住3个月。
Our house is 3 bedrooms + 1 study room, clean and neat with furniture. Nice environment with car park. Wifi available. We like to let one room out with your own bathroom and toilet. You will share the house with a Chinese couple. Suitable for people with car. 10 mins drive to Griffith Uni or walk 10 mins to the main entrance for bus stop. Bond: 3 weeks rent, pls give us 2 weeks notice before leaving and bond will be returned if no furniture is damaged by the tenant. At least stay for 3 months.
