房子在非常方便的位置，3min走到主要车站 old cleveland road at camp hill, 有非常多公车经过 222／200／204／209／P206 等等，5－7分钟一班。坐公车到city18分钟，12－14min到mater hill，17min到UQ, 适合city上班族，QUT & UQ 学生。
相反方向坐车6mins 到carindale shopping center，购物健身娱乐一应俱全。
房租 $160/人＋share bills（大概15dollars左右）。房间是unfurnished的，其他区域家具都基本齐全。
