About the role
Due to organic growth, we are currently seeking 1 experienced Aftersales/Warranty Specialist based in our Brisbane office. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Solar Panel products.
Your key accountabilities include the following areas:
- Contact with relevant personnel
- Arrange and book with installer/electrician
- Case feedback and tracking
- Provide assistant to the department manager
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Moderate level in computing and familiar with MS office suite
