Our team have over 15 years of experience infinancial planning, accounting, property investment, banking and finance.

We are seeking an experienced property management assistantto join us to grow our property management business. The position would bepart-time basis at beginning (2-3 days a week), but you will grow with ourcompany and enjoy a career progression to full time and management roles.


About the role

You will be working closely with our property manager formainly but not limiting the following tasks.

·        Manage and grow arental portfolio

·        Maintain systems andprocedures

·        Liaise with tenantsand owners

·        Conduct openinspections

·        Negotiate leaserenewals and rent increases

·        Research the market

·        Support administrationand marketing for other areas of the business

Here are what we expect from you

·        At least 6 months to 1 year of experience inproperty management or relevant roles.

·        Self-disciplined, highly motivated, can workindependently and also be part of team

·        Outstanding communication skills, including bothwriting and verbal.

·        Customer centric and a team player

·        Excellent organisational skill and able toprioritise daily tasks and manage the time effectively

·        Fluent in using office and industry software

·        Be flexible to allocate time into other areas ofthe business if needed.

·        2nd language skill such as Chinese,Cantonese is not a must but highly appreciated
