最近家里上不了网，感觉是NBN 连接盒出现了问题，因为“optical”的那个按钮变成红灯了，本来应该是绿灯的，试过拔掉所有电源和连接线再重启，也不管用。

现在住的是公寓，我们问了其他住客，他们网都好好的，就我们家出现问题。我问了物业，她说她也帮不了，现在很头疼...请问一下公寓大楼里有没有一个public area是能控制每家每户的NBN 光线的？如果有，我想请求物业打开让我看看 ，会不会是这个问题

请问大家，我这种情况应该找谁来检查？我网络供应商是optus ，可是我都有准时交费 ，况且之前确认过就算没交费也不会停网的 ，再加上异常的是那个NBN连接盒子 ，所以感觉不是optus的问题
