closed-ended managed funds:

A. continue to accept capital or contributions from investors until such time as the fund is wound uo.
B. continue to accpet capital or contributions from investors until a speciafied time(e.g. when a particular amount of funds has  been accepted or a particular date is reached)
C. do not allow investors to sell their investment until after a specified date
D. charge lower management fees than open-ended funds

应该选哪个

这位同学你好认真呀。。。这门我还没复习呢。。。汗

没事来做做，应该选第2个，不知道对不对。第一，close-end fund 是封闭式基金，所以不能赎回，当然只能接受在一个固定的时间里capital。二，这种基金可以在二级市场交易的，但是不可以买回去。三，它可能发行价会比open-end便宜，但是管理费用我认为不能确定是不是便宜。还有我没有学过你们的课，所以说的可能有点出入，希望看看你的原版书，另外了解open-end和他的区别.

3肯定不对。封基可以在2级市场买卖。只是不能赎回而已
4这个不见得。index可能比其他share-based管理费收得少。
