房子要干净，家具厨具齐全，有中央空调。本人欲求一单人间，最好是大床，房间面积适中即可。只要对房子满意，价钱好商量。最好不要住太多人，

本人对环境和舒适度要求较高。

我们个房间在 Western Surburbs - lockleys (近机场)。公车 10-15分钟. 家具电器齐全，提包就可入住，双人床.

坐巴士去是中心只有15分钟。家具电器齐全，环境安静舒适. 可上网, 要求爱干净，较安静.



公车 - 130, 131 (bus stop 10B)
Rent: $105 per week excludes shared bills such as electricity, gas, telephone, internet etc which were be shared among the housemates
