1.用移动全球通的卡，开通国际漫游业务（手机要安装QQ）
2.只要随便找个手机（当地的去签手机，国内带来的手机要刷机），只要能用手机上网，就登陆www.imqq.com（从右上角小字中文进入），然后点击右侧的WebQQ，登陆，就OK了~
就这么简单。
