不过接下来要办老爸老妈的的，又要伤脑筋。请问一下，有没有兄弟姐妹办了父母签证的啊，一般是直接办Contributory Parent (Migrant) visa (subclass 143)， 还是先办Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173)再转143呢？
