房子是鬼佬的，直接和房东签合同。最短租期6个月。2周的房租作为bond金。
2个间房间都是现在可以入住，1个还有几天。因为之前住客考完试毕业回国，所以空出房间。
租金是125每周，全包所有BILL。
房间全家具，衣橱，书桌，单人床，转椅等等。房间可放双人床，但现在配的是单人床。不接受两人合住一间。
房子没有中央空调，是一个6室的house。室友全部是女生，所以只招女生。
