求助 modem上网总是爱掉线~~~

我家用的optus的ADSL2+ 有时候上网。。modem会掉线。。DSL那个灯会变红 特别是下载或者晚上玩游戏的时候
昨天还特意换了个新的猫。。结果也没啥改变。。
求解决办法
