因为是正规的local的中介，觉得他们不太愿意租给我们这种留学生。啥原因我也不知道。。。。。。

以前也没跟local的中介take过房子，所以没什么经验。

求有跟local成功take过房子成功经验的人

或者信誉度高，在Adelaide有工作，总之就是有把握能跟local的中介把房子take下来的人帮助。

local不愿意租给留学生我们也没办法，我们就是2个阿大的学生，信誉都有保证！其实只要有人帮我们把房子take一下，说白了就是交份材料就ok了，要有2000多的bond，都是我们自己交！就算有什么问题房东直接扣bond就ok了！
而且我们现在一直在city王子的房子，也是我们自己take，住了一年半了，从来没出过任何问题。房东都可以出reference的。

你要是牛的话，把和中介说把房租一周加5-10块，他马上租给你。 或者直接一年的房租全付了。这些方法貌似有点暴发户的样子，但是很管用，中介马上和你签
