我很不服氣，哪有這個不公平的道理。發投訴信，他就說我之前簽的合同是50G，還蠻大度地說下個月
起就給我免費升到200G。
請問童鞋可以去消費者委員會投訴他嗎？之前他是自動upgarde的，但猜不到這次居然不吭聲。
