15分钟脚程，有coles,woolworths,一个健身房，精华是还有个中国超市~需要什么就不用跑china town了，有家韩国人的理发店很赞，需要提前3天预约，也在周围。

中央空调，炎热的夏天还是有空调最好了~~

家里有超大厨房，煤气炉，火力十足。浴室淋浴的水也特别大，还可以泡澡~双休日什么的可以好好享受下~

房东东北人，很厚道，有什么管他要就好了，有求必应。经常从他那蹭饭吃。。。

家里的网是130G的，鉴于其余3人都早出晚归不怎么用网...都懂了~

不过只是短租啦，地址是72 Hectorville Rd  Hectorville，随时欢迎看房~
