已经打电话给council，council工作人员请我写份报告连同伤口的照片寄给他们。请问有没有相同经历的童鞋成功索要到精神赔偿。

你問她要antibiotics, 就算她有也決不能提供給你。  antibiotics 只有在有資格的醫師同意下才能使用，否則一旦用藥者發生什么意外（就算不一定和antibiotics有關聯），無資格提供藥物的人會面對極大的訴訟風險和麻煩。

我也想请律师，可是就担心赔偿拿不到，律师费花销一大笔。网上有些看到很多律师事务所打广告说“no win，no fee”，估计不靠谱，我现在已经都毕业了，在等485呢，打算有时间回学校问问以前的法律老师老师，不知道老师还记得我不~。~

我非常同情你的遭遇。你已经知会Council，他们会采取行动的。依据现行法律，如果被狗咬了，一定要到医院或诊所打狂犬疫苗。至于狗，只要咬过人就要人道毁灭了。除非你有工作，或者其他医疗开支，否则追讨的赔偿款项也不多。
