房子近Port Road，Welland，附近有Train和bus 150、155、157，10-20分钟左右一班，做Train去city约10mins左右，Coles，sushi train，KFC等商店饭店；
小区周围安静，房子前后有花园，房东定期收拾，05年左右的房子；
房内二楼有1 masterroom 和2 bedroom，均大于10平，king/queen size bed + 电脑桌椅子可随意放置，内置3开衣柜；
房内有2 bathroom，都在二楼，masterroom内1个，另一个share，楼上楼下各一Toliet share（masterroom内1个，共3个）；
1楼有很大空间，living room和厨房、餐厅隔开在一楼；
1室内车库；
中央空调；
No pet;
总结为双层三室两厅两卫三厕一车库
房东是位澳洲老太太，就住街对面，平时没事不会过来，有事可随时过去找她；
房子一周410，bond金为6周房租，长租整租，无家具，12月14号后入住，欢迎随时看房；
