Hello, I currently do have a room for rent in a spacious and tidy flat in the fortitude valley.
The flat is located extremly close (5min walk) from the nearby bus stop that will drop you in the CBD in about 5 minutes.
Train station is about a 7 min walk.
The room is fully furnished and includes a double sized bed, a desk, chair, shelf and also and large inbuilt wardrobe.
Bathroom is to be shared with only one and extremly tide flatemate.
