请教 郑律师版权问题

郑律师，您好。我最近在开发一个网上的软件，要使用到网络收集的汽油价格。比如 caltex，bp，shell。
我的软件收集这些数据，然后告诉用户，今日油价最高多少，最低多少。请问像这种情况下我是否需要
取得 caltex, bp,shell 等企业的授权，我才可以使用他们的数据？（这些数据不仅仅出现在网络上，也出现在各个加油站的价格牌上）
