关于申请pr的途径问题

我的第二条途径是 申请partner visa. 我男朋友是citizen。我们在一起两年多了。本来一开始我是没有申请这个的打算的，直到几个星期之前，得知申请护士注册和职业评估要那么久， 恐怕还要先申请tr。。之后产生考虑这个途径的想法。我的困惑是，我知道两个人如果在一起3年以上，可以直接申请pr，跳过tr，而一般人是在一起一年后申请，然后等两年，拿到pr。但是我的情况是已经在一起2年了，那么我要再等一年还是两年才能拿到pr呢?

以上步骤 请专家指点， 不知有无错误。 想请教 对于我来说有没有两全其美的途径 或别的更好的途径？这两个完全不相干的签证条件 我都符合，但觉得只选其一 对于另一个好浪费。。
